- Toast w/ nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 hard boiled egg w/o yolk
- Fresh fruit (cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon)
- Sushi! (5 pieces nigiri, 3 pieces california roll, 4 pieces spicy tuna roll)
- half-handful of cashews
- peach (so delicious)
- Baked scallops
- Leftover mac & cheese
- Salad w/ lettuce. tomato, avocado, oil and vinegar
- banana nut muffin
No excercise today, other than hauling stuff out of storage (lifting weights?). We're preparing for our trip to LA, and want to leave first thing in the morning, so we're bustling to get whatever needs to be done, done.
