Oh man. I can't believe that it's been well over a year since I've posted. I've definitely been moving in the wrong direction (over 230lb now).
Once again, I'm going to give it another shot. Time to get this stupid shizzle under control. First things first, I need to detail the starting conditions. A recent measurement placed the waist at 40" and the weight at 230lb.
Tomorrow I'll record the actual starting stats, and capture a picture (yikes). I'll aim for a stat update every weekend.

Status of the slacker
Wow. It's been several months since my last post. I haven't been working out regularly, but I have been eating better (primarily portion adjustments). As a result, I'm down to 200 lbs, just 5 pounds shy of my target. I'd like to get to the gym more, and am aiming to go at least 3 days a week.
