:: Day 1 ::
Last night I went to the Gym for the first time in what seems like forever. Kept it simple. I did 2 miles on the treadmill, mostly at a fast walk after running for several minutes then completely losing my breath. I also did some chest and tricep lifting.
I'm a married 32 year old living in the bay area. I'm a software engineer by trade, and spend much of my (very limited) free time working on our house, writing software, gaming, and starting numerous projects (that I'll hopefully actually finish some day)
