According to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), a BMI from 18.5 to 24.9 is considered normal while a BMI of more than 25 is considered overweight. A person is considered obese if the BMI is above 30, and morbidly obese if the BMI is above 40.So I'm definitely overweight, but am just shy of being obese. Very, very bad. I actually took the time to measure out my breakfast according to the "serving size" listed on the side of the box. Turns out that a serving of my cereal and milk is 330 calories, and 8.5 grams of fat (13% DRV). And I usually eat a bowl twice as big. Looks like I need to find a different cereal.
Finally, here's the starting weigh in pics. You can actually see the excess "me" in comparison to the original weigh in pics from so long ago.
