Gaining momentum (and losing weight?)

Well, I didn't get to the gym over the weekend, as I had hoped, but I did go last night. I spent another hour on the treadmill, and it felt great. I finally synched my iPod up, so I had some new tunes to listen to, and that definately helped.

Iris gave me a bit of grief over needing to lift weights, so I'll be doing some weight lifting tonight before I jump on the treadmill. She thinks I should alternate lifting and cardio on seperate days, but I'm not sold on the concept yet.

Let's see if I can keep going and not slack off again :)
